Hello, I’m Anna Chen, a certified yoga instructor with a passion for guiding others on their journey to well-being and self-discovery. I specialize in Hatha and Yin yoga, and my mission is to help you find balance, inner peace, and holistic wellness through the practice of yoga. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together.

Experience & Education

I have a deep-rooted love for yoga that began in 2013 in Shenzhen, China. Over the years, I’ve evolved from a yoga enthusiast to a certified instructor. My journey has taken me through various training programs, including a 500-hour yoga teacher training at Naada Yoga Studio in Montreal, Canada.

As a yoga teacher and a mother, I’ve gained unique insights into the profound connection between mind and body, which I’m passionate about sharing with my students.
